You agree to use AppGangsta applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or attempts to compromise our backend infrastructure (including Firebase and server endpoints) are strictly prohibited.

3. In-App Purchases and Credits

Certain applications (such as Glimpse) utilize an in-app credit system or digital bookings processed via Stripe and Google Pay. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software code, graphics, and digital products associated with AppGangsta and its published applications are the exclusive intellectual property of AppGangsta and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

AppGangsta and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or mobile applications.
