By utilizing the Glimpse platform, you enter into a binding agreement with AppGangsta LLC. We maintain a high-trust marketplace designed for security and reliability.
1. The Credit System
- Glimpse Credits are the exclusive medium of exchange on the platform.
- Purchases are facilitated securely via Stripe. All credit acquisitions are final.
- In the event of a documented broadcaster failure, credits are automatically re-issued to the viewer's digital wallet via our automated Cloud Guard.
2. Broadcaster Performance
Broadcasters function as independent global partners. Reliability is the cornerstone of our service.
3. Elite Pricing Ranks
Broadcaster compensation scales with experience and community trust:
- Junior Tier: Up to $3.50 per session.
- Senior Tier: Up to $4.00 per session.
- Cam Pro Tier: Up to $4.50 per session.
- Cam Master Tier: Up to $5.00 per session.
4. Professional Verification
Broadcasters may apply for 'Glimpse Certified' status for a one-time fee of 100 Credits. Verification grants the Gold Trust Insignia, priority placement in search results, and instant eligibility for Cam Master pricing levels.
5. Earnings & Redemption
Broadcasters receive a 50% share of all session tickets, tips, and encores. Payouts are eligible once a balance of $100.00 is reached. Broadcasters may choose to redeem as cash via Stripe or convert to Credits with a 10% loyalty bonus.
Privacy Policy
At AppGangsta, we believe your data belongs to you. Our privacy framework is built on transparency and minimal data collection.
1. Data Stewardship
- Identity: We utilize Google Sign-in to protect your credentials. We do not store passwords or sell contact lists.
- Location: Geographical data is used only to facilitate the matching of viewers with local broadcasters and to display national identity via flag indicators.
- Financials: All payment logic is handled by Stripe. Glimpse never sees or stores your banking or card information.
2. Media Archive Policy
While Glimpse is primarily a live experience, highlights are temporarily archived for 30 days to facilitate the 'Rewatch' community feature. Broadcasters maintain the right to 'Pin' their best work permanently to their professional portfolio. All other media is purged from our primary servers after the archive window expires.
3. Account Autonomy
Users maintain full control over their digital footprint. Account deletion and data removal requests can be initiated within the app settings at any time, clearing all logs and history from the platform.
