By using Delivery Connect, you acknowledge that you are entering into a direct contract with another user (Driver or Customer). Delivery Connect is a technology provider, NOT a transportation or delivery company.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, Delivery Connect (App Gangsta), its owners, and employees shall NOT BE LIABLE for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to:
All risks associated with the use of this platform lie EXCLUSIVELY with the user.
Delivery Connect is a neutral intermediary. We do not employ drivers. Drivers are independent service providers using our tool to find clients. We do not control their schedules, routes, or behavior. A "Verified" badge (🛡️) indicates a completed identity check only and is not a guarantee of safety or quality.
All financial transactions occur directly between users. Delivery Connect does not process payments, provide an in-app wallet, or take commissions from individual jobs. You must pay the agreed-upon amount in Cash to the driver upon successful delivery or arrival.
To maintain platform integrity, we provide a "File Dispute" feature. Users may report misconduct, price disagreements, or safety issues. Delivery Connect acts as a mediator but does not guarantee financial recovery. However, Drivers who receive three (3) confirmed disputes or reports will be subject to a 30-day suspension or a permanent ban.
Users may utilize the "Bump to Top" feature by watching rewarded video advertisements provided by Google AdMob. This feature is intended to increase the visibility of a request in the Market list. Usage of this feature does not guarantee that a driver will accept the request.
Once a job is accepted, it is a commitment. Cancellations require "Mutual Consent." Driver Exception: Drivers have a 2-minute "Quick Drop" window after acceptance to cancel without penalty. After 2 minutes, they must request permission from the customer to cancel.
Users are strictly prohibited from requesting the transport of illegal substances, weapons, hazardous/flammable materials, or stolen property. Violations will be reported to the Lebanese Authorities immediately.
Travelers are limited to one (1) active request at a time. Drivers are limited to three (3) active jobs per scheduled date. These limits ensure focus and reliability for all parties.
You agree to indemnify and hold Delivery Connect harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Beirut.
