By downloading, accessing, or using the Delivery Connect application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Delivery Connect is a technological platform that facilitates connections between independent users seeking package delivery or taxi transportation and independent verified drivers offering those services in Lebanon.
Users must provide accurate registration details, including a valid phone number. Drivers must provide valid identity documentation to achieve Verified status. Accounts found engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior will be suspended or permanently banned.
Delivery Connect acts solely as a technological intermediary connecting users and drivers. The platform provides an in-app "Report an Issue" feature for administrative moderation and account review. Delivery Connect is not a financial mediator or insurer for cash transactions conducted directly between users and drivers.
Users may terminate their account at any time by utilizing the "Delete Account" option in the Profile settings, resulting in the permanent removal of their personal profile data.
